Anne-Marie Bohan
Anne-Marie is a partner in both the Information Technology Law Group and the Asset Management and Investment Funds Group at Matheson Ormsby Prentice, and is head of the Outsourcing Group. Anne-Marie has written numerous articles on electronic commerce, internet, security issues, data protection and copyright law and has also spoken at conferences on IT and electronic commerce issues, including electronic signatures, internet security, ecommerce and data protection. She has also lectured as part of the Law Society of Ireland, Diploma in Electronic Commerce.
Yvonne Cunnane
Yvonne is a member of Technology and Commercial Contracts Law Group at Matheson Ormsby Prentice. Yvonne has extensive experience in advising on IT procurement, software development and integration projects and managed services transactions in the public and private sectors. Yvonne’s practice also includes advising a broad range of clients on e-commerce, data protection and privacy related issues. She also written a number of articles for legal and business related publications, and hosted workshops and seminars, on such issues as data protection and ecommerce.
Hugh Jones
Hugh Jones is a consultant tutor delivering the Irish Computer Society’s Data Protection certification programmes. Hugh is a PMI-qualified Project Manager, and has worked on business and IT projects in Ireland and internationally for the past 12 years. His projects have included product development, IT system integration and implementation of compliance structures.
In addition to his project management work, Hugh is an experienced mentor and tutor, with particular interest in Data Protection issues.

Daragh O’Brien
Daragh O’Brien is an experienced information asset strategy and execution consultant, coach, mentor, and trainer. Currently Daragh is Data Protection Tutor at Irish Computer Society, CEO/Managing Director at Castlebridge Associates and a part-time lecturer at Dublin City University. He is a Fellow at Irish Computer Society and Convenor at Information Quality Network.
Previously Daragh was Director of Publicity at the International Association for Information & Data Quality and Senior Project Manager, Process Compliance & Control, at Eircom Retail.
